Jasper's Journey
My wellness journey began in 2018 as a quest to master my mind, to learn tools that could help me manage anxious thoughts and challenging emotions at a turbulent time in my life.
​
I was first called to the ancient, holistic system of Yoga, completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta school in Val-Morin, and subsequently spent six months doing Karma Yoga, immersed in the yogic lifestyle.
​
After a few years, I decided to expand my wellness practice and teaching to include QiGong, a Chinese system for vitality and longevity. I trained as a 200-hour Qigong instructor with Lee Holden, a teacher who contributes greatly to popularizing Qigong across North America.
​
Most recently, I deepened my knowledge of meditation through Yogamu's 100-hour meditation course, following Patanjali's Eight Limbs of Yoga.
I am also currently studying Traditional Chinese Medicine at Setsuko, a school for holistic therapies, to integrate a wider perspective of health and wellness into my offerings. I am also studying the arts of Shiatsu and Acupressure to work directly with the body and assist people in the process of healing.

My desire to grow and help others be well keeps me in constant evolution. These practices continue to bring me many benefits in my own life, like stress reduction, increased vitality and peace, and holistic healing. It also contributes to my personal exploration of what it means to be a human being within the greater realms of Nature and the Universe.

I am very enthusiastic about sharing the power of these practices, and bring this passion into teaching people to cultivate their wellness!
